Hi Peter. Not knowing who this guy was, I did a quick internet search and landed on the extremely reliable & trusted 'The (US) Sun' tabloid (newspaper?) for a bit of background (forgive me, but I live overseas now).

I get it now. Context is everything. Sorry for your patriot.

Hello from Alaska cartoonist Peter Dunlap-Shohl. Here you'll find animations, political cartoons, songs, short comic pieces, and other products of my fevered imagination just as fast as I can create them and put them up.

As cartoonist for the Anchorage Daily News, I amused, annoyed and had fun at the expense of my fellow Alaskans for over a quarter of a century. I plan to continue that here. Thanks for checking in, reactions welcome.
